Effect of Teleworking on Working Conditions of Workers: A Post-COVID-19 Lockdown Evaluation

This study examines the effect of teleworking on working conditions workers, a post-COVID-19 lockdown evaluation. The quantitative approach and descriptive cross-sectional research design were adopted. A sample 265 participants from both public private sectors sampled for study. Data was collected with self-administered questionnaire analyzed partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). found that teleworking/virtual significantly affects participant’s during pandemic.
